To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

Service Manager / Customer Advisor for the AUDI and Bentley brands

Your tasks

Technical and organizational management of the Audi & Bentley service area.
Personal and competent support for our customers, from making appointments to vehicle handover.
Advice on service, repair and warranty work.
Coordination and liaison between customers, workshop, and importer.
Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Preparation of cost estimates, invoices, warranty claims, and goodwill claims.
Compliance with brand and quality standards.

Your profile

Completed vocational training in the automotive sector with a Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ).
Several years of experience in service or customer consulting is an advantage.
Strong customer and service orientation.
Friendly, confident, and professional manner.
High level of personal responsibility, organizational skills, and resilience.
Languages: German, French essential, possibly English.
Interest in and affinity for premium and luxury vehicles.

Your profile

In training as a commercial clerk at a commercial college or commercial high school.
Very good written and spoken German.
Good knowledge of French and English.
Very good IT skills.
Well-groomed appearance.
Team player and reliable way of working.
